DELIVERY

DPD Next Working Day Service

Order before 2pm to receive your order the following day (Monday - Thursday, UK only). 

Any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery (as it is a next working day service).

Excluding Northern Ireland, as this is a 2 working day service priced at £6.25.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days.

Please note all of our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit / debit card company, it may take some time for your refund to show in your account.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nowlashes.co.uk and send your item to:

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Now Lashes do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Discounts

Discount are provided exclusively by Now lashes. Now Lashes reserves the right to remove any promotion at any given time.
